We are looking for experienced and ambitious chefs to be a part of our kitchen team, the restaurant is to be opened in the middle of summer 2017.
The dining concept and menu are focused on contemporary French cuisine with elements of molecular gastronomy. A modern look at French culinary classics from different regions is paired with our fine wine collection.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in the kitchen, preferably with two years of senior kitchen staff experience. Candidates should also be a team player, self-motivated and open-minded. He or she will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring meals service smoothly, inspection ingredients, and ensuring quality control policies are also adhered to, while providing guests with the best experience possible.

Head of the station (Chef de Partie)
Confectioner (Pastry Chef)
Line Cooks (Commis) / Saucier
